SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders placed online will be processed and shipped via DHL, with standard delivery times depending on the destination. A physical home or business address is required for all shipments, and items of exceptional value may require in-store collection. Prices on the Maison Vintage website include the cost of the item and shipping. Any international duty or taxes may be added at the time of delivery. International customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs or duties when the order arrives at its destination. For high-value purchases, we may contact you to clear security questions and/or request identification.
Important Note:
To protect our customers and prevent fraud, we will only ship your order to the billing address. If you require shipment to an alternate address, Maison Vintage reserves the right to request the following proof of identification:
- Two valid forms of photo identification that include the name, photograph, and signature of the cardholder (e.g., a passport or driver’s license). At least one must include the same address as the one provided during the order process.
- A copy of the original credit card used for the purchase.
RETURNS POLICY
Items purchased online can be returned within 7 days. Sale items will be issued store credit, which can be used within 3 months of the return date. All other items qualify for a full refund.

- We will issue a full refund to your card or store credit for sale purchases (valid for 3 months).
Online returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. In-store purchases are final. Sale items are eligible for store credit only, which can be spent online or in-store within 3 months of the return. Store credit used in-store is valid against full-price items only. Please pack items securely; Maison Vintage is not liable for loss or damage during transit. Items must be unworn and undamaged, with original tags intact, including any dust bags or authenticity cards. We recommend purchasing insurance for return shipments. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. For international orders, refusal to pay customs and excise fees upon delivery will result in additional return shipping charges, which will also be your responsibility.
AUTHENTICITY
Maison Vintage guarantees the authenticity of all items using Entropy's certification software. If you believe you have received an inauthentic item, contact us. To process your claim, we may require two forms of proof, such as a written statement from a recognized authority.
STORE CREDIT
Store credit issued from a sale return is valid for 3 months. Store credit can be redeemed online and in-store. However, in-store credit is only valid for full-price items.
ERRORS
Since each of our pieces is unique, if an item is sold in-store before it is purchased online, we reserve the right to honor the in-store sale and cancel the online order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Maison Vintage also reserves the right to cancel any order believed to be fraudulent or if a pricing error has occurred.
